All do to an extent - an optically clear sealant is your best bet. Zaino Z2 works well, or the latest Nano Sealants, such as GTechniq C1!

Thanks :) There was a lot of flake, but as you say, it was muted slightly by the wax, but not massively - it depends on the lighting etc

If it must be Dodo Juice, then I'd for for Purple Haze Pro, as the 'normal' version isn't hugely durable, so not the best choice for this time of year. Perhaps get some Red Mist to maintain with too. Russ.

Where are you based? As you say, you won't be removing much at all with that combo.

No worries and it's a fair point you raise tbh - you see so many people take a single reading... it doesn't tell you a great deal at all. The multi layer gauges are obviously better, but @ £2000, not cheap. I'll get one after April though...

You're correct that it gives the complete reading of primer/paint/clearcoat. However it's useful for the following: - Spotting low/high areas where a panel has potentially been polished previously. - Wildly different readings on some panels can suggest filler, repair work or a respray...

What colour is it badbuzz2? It really depends on what you want doing and if you want any wax upgrades, windows sealant etc etc. Ballpark would be £120-£150 for a single day enhancement on a Clio sized car, but I'd need your car for a good 8-10 hours. Have a look at some of my other threads...

P-Torque in Wombourne are superb and have done a fair few RenaultSport's... Not sure it's worthwhile on a non Turbo'd car though? Very small gains...

Hey Emily, Congrats on both pieces of great news! :) I suspect you wants something fairly nippy, but you have to watch the 170PS VAG unit, as it has a load of problems with injectors and the DPF sensors - my mate has one with the BTCC kit on and he's had a nightmare with it lately...
