I just emailed H&R to find out how hard their springs are compared to stock 200 Cup. I asked about the springs that fit the later models part number 29103-2. They replied "The spring rate of the FA spring 29103VA2 is appr. 37N/mm and on RA spring 29103HA1 is appr. 53N/mm"

They're great speakers but your Sony headunit outputs around 16-18W RMS. It may struggle to power these if they are close to the quoted 80W RMS. I found that adding soundproofing behind the rear speakers makes a very noticeable difference
