I have h&r 30/40 springs on non cup dampers and the ride is literally perfect firm but not crashy and still very compliant over bumps. This is on a 197 however.

Just a quick query im looking to change my front disc's and pads for mtec slotted discs and cl rc5+ pads. While doing this I was intending on doing a full brake fluid flush. Am I safe to use non silicone based dot5.1 fluid as ive heard it can damage seals etc on some cars. Thanks David
