Not true. Power wins races. Torque on its own is nothing.

You'd wanna keep 6th the same but have at least 1 2 3 4 shorter. Thing is though they would not feel shorter as you match it to the extra 500revs you get from new cams etc. The only reason you'd want to keep 6th is so as not to affect mpg.

Thing is with n/a is noone ever does it properly and lowers the gearing. spending 3k may get more power at the top end and give you a few more revs but you don't get the full benefit without increasing the gear ratios.

It would be a really good mod for a 172/182 if it would fit with the 200s gear box. Well assuming it would not be millions to fit. It would by geared down by about 6% too so the torque to weight in each gear would be around 20% more than a 200s so it would be FAST!!!

Protected ncd is a con even with a claim you better off without it.

The overall size of the wheel is the same. The wheels look fine not too big and the tyres are 40s so not that law either.

172s were about 11 hours. I'd guess about the same for a 200. Takes longer for i.d. paints.

Main dealers sell some right trash too though. i know of one that sold quite a famous 197 that had been put back to standard. Not too well either according to the dealer who sold it.

Add 10% to that too. The trip reads under.

I know but with a 197 on 12m/12k they should include plugs as part of the 3yr service plan ever if they are doing early.
