I'd advise driving them yourself. I never gelled with the 197, so I kept to the mk2's (182's/172's). There's a number of small improvements on the 200 that add up to make it the superior car (imo). Bar the looks. No idea what they were thinking with the 200 front end.

Healthy, decent engines make approx 195 run on 98/99. So they are claiming 15bhp on an f4r. From a remap/zorst. Not likely, at all.

If the koni's are similar to the mk2's, they'll lower 10-15mm and give you adjustable damping. Perfect.

That was my initial thought, but in all honesty I think I'd rather have adjustable damping than adjustable height.

Power gets boring and mundane very quickly at this level. As soon as you've done some mods, you're used to the power within a month and looking for the next hit. Great handling/balance never gets boring.

Where are you based? There may well be someone near you with V1's so you could have a ride in a car before deciding?

Terrible economy given the type of car. Gutless engine that needs plenty of revs to get moving, heavy car. An older diesel is a much better bet.

The main reason I chose the 200 over the Meg 250 was NA. The R26 is only about 100kg heavier, but benefits from the LSD. Sounds like you should of bought one of those!
