    Post Office Alternatives

Evening all, I'm sending some low weight items in boxes that would be deemed to be medium sized parcel with the post office. What are my alternatives as posting would be about a fiver each. (I've sold the items for about a tenner so not really worth my time). Cheers Chris

    Anyone have access to CAD/CNC?

Sorry mate, I gave such a crap detail as my first post and forgot to come back. CNC is good for repeatability and cycle times, for a job of this type you would need multiple setups (and therefore program's) so manual is the way forward. Looking at the design id say that fabricating the lot...

    Anyone have access to CAD/CNC?

Not the greatest to machine, you'll have issues getting the tool rad out of the corners of that pocket. You got a drawing of it or just that model?

Help I snapped a bolt in my hub :/

Yeh a stud remover is what you need. Failing that you could drill it out and get the thread to collapse on itself. Either way I'd recommend re-tapping the thread after, you may have caused damage to the thread form.

    Cheap, sporty diesels

A mate of mine has the ibiza Cupra which has some serious pull in a straight line, a terrible chassis that screams at every corner but for the missus should be alright, unless she's as much into smashing it as you are!

    Goodbye Goose

Properly gutted for you mate, hope you get everything sorted quickly and back on the road. Great decision with the wing mirrors by the way, you just never know when someone is going to come past it too close!!

    Oil pick up pipe

Probably not the greatest for engine longevity to run without lubrication on moving parts!!

    Oil pick up pipe

My girlfriends mums house is the opposite (it has a negative gradient) and I've come out havin reversed onto the drive, started and it's skipped a beat. I can't confirm but I'd agree it's probably starving the pump for a split second.

    Top and bottom 3's

A difficult thing to approach with female work colleagues, or women of an older nature. How do you politely tell them to watch their m1nge on the way in?!

    Top and bottom 3's

The missus would also like to include "you bash your f4nny every time you get in".

    Top and bottom 3's

Top 3 1) performance and handling (including the note, I get a semi on from every pop!) 2) it's not a common car 3) the looks - I do love a big fat behind! Bottom 1) build quality 2) a sound system from the 40's 3) 4th gear is pretty much redundant

200: *WARNING* to all 200 owners! Everyone should read

No you're right mate, if there's a failure of a pressurised system and they just re-gas without finding route cause it probably has something to do with that. In most other industries you'd get nailed for that. Keep on at them, 5k is a ridiculous price!!

You'd expect warranty work to come under their turnover. They will be paid by renault to complete it. Might be wrong but I know this is how it works at Toyota from a mate that works there.

200: *WARNING* to all 200 owners! Everyone should read

Literally the situation we all have nightmares about. I reckon with enough pressure they will fold, the history is shocking and their reasoning a complete joke. Best of luck matey!
