I assume its much stuck somewhere, but when I put the drivers side window down it makes a terrible sqeaking noise. It goes right through me and I imagine its going to scratch the window? I can't find the offending foreign item so what do I do?

Mine haven't done this. I have had the map thingy and a Recaro bolster replaced.

Im a 57 plater also mate, and I took mine back to the shop. They put the Actis Solution 7103 on there for me and it sorted it. Now and again it will pop up just to say "I can still make you look like a c8ck if I want to" but it has seriously improved it. Mind you, I wasnt overly bothered...

He is right about the fuel. Yes its a quick car, but it does the same sort of MPG as much bigger engined, much faster cars. Never mind, I still love it. Anywho... good luck

I would imagine the 197 would have slightly more puff from 60 to 70 onwards?

197 to a 1.2 as a daily driver? Are you mental? Get something sh1te and cheap to run for going to work in and run the 197 for weekends.
