Just been out again seems if you double clutch u can select gears no problem

Week ago snapped a valve it locked the engine up and destroyed a piston know have rebuilt it new piston rings and big end shells and valves etc just been out in it seems all gears are really stiff to select to the point were u can baley get it in gears any body have any ideas thanks Matt

Hi Danny yer was me that you spoke to thanks for the great advice The valves I've purchased are supertech inconel valves

yer im hoping so will get a new piston ordered tomoz ive ordered full set of Inconel valves and uprated cat springs going to drop head off in morning for skimming so will hopefully be able to rebuild next weekend

I have cat 402 I was meant to have schricks that wat I paid for at tdf but they fitted 402 but that another story timing was spot on head is ok a few light marks but will go again

Wouldn't of said I've kept quiet about it but haven't wrote a thread about it this is a recent problem the timing slipped last week so only got chance to take the head of yesterday as I've been busy with a couple of race cars

I currently have a 197 with bent valves that tdf was meant to put schricks in they put cat cams 402's in (clearly states on invoice schrick cam kit) the timing has slipped on the exhaust cam while I have been striping it I found quite a few threads pulled and u carnt get hold of tdf for love nor...

I would strongly advise against TDF

brake lights work i think the bake switch is fine else it wouldnt try does any one how the system knows it is in neutral or not thanks matt

When i press brake and starter button to start i keep geting select neutral the car is in neutral i have to dip the clutch to get it to start any ideas thanks matt
