I had the same problem, looked really grey and cheap. Trip to halfords, got some primer, matt black, satin black and gloss black. Gave them both a good soaking with brake cleaner and left to dry for 5 mins. On with the primer. Did one in matt and one in gloss and test fitted to the car to see...

You have to create a backup in itunes (right click the phone icon and name on the left hand side bar) When you plugin a new iphone or activate it, it will ask if you want to restore a backup to that phone before use. Select the latest one and that's it.

There's a few nuts underneath the skirt itself, a few clips along the front edge then more screws under the renaultsport door logo thingy which is detroyed when removing it. Not cheap for a new one either £40/£50 each side as far as I remember.
