You won't get a squeak from a warped disc, that will be felt as vibration through the brake pedal. I really doubt the squeak is anything to do with your emergency stops, does it only happen when you're braking?

Can you use some wet and dry on them and re-lacquer?

Mine started squeaking about 2-3 months ago. I'm on ATE superblue and have been for about 10 months. I've got some motul fluid to go in soon, will let you know if the squeak disappears.
