Easy....glass unclips, then warm the cover tabs with hairdryer, and prise with screwdriver. Cover will then pull off.

Ive looked into the airbag issue, and it shouldnt be a problem. They do detach slightly when the airbag is activated as they are anchored on a ribbon behind the trim. The airbag is in the roof. As long as the pillar builds retain the oem fixings, theyre shouldnt be any difference. Saying all...

If your going for the custom fit speakers, fit them yourself, as you are paying over the odds for this feature. If your going to pay someone to fit it all for you, then get a better speaker for the same price, and let him cut the tabs off/fit the tweets imo
