After killing 3 slicks at Anglesey i need more camber!!!!!!

Are compbrake worth the extra costs over Silverproject?

Also can i just use spring compressors, remove the top nut, push the damper down to swap the top mounts out of does it have to be the full strut out job?

Thanks in advance.

Dan.

You should be able to compress the springs and take off the top nut and replace the top mounts.

There is not much room in the arch/turrent to use spring compressors.

I would be surprised if you manage to change the top mounts without pulling the strut, from what I can remember it would be possible if you can manoeuvre the old ones out and new ones back in.

Getting the strut out is a fun job, the pinch bolts weld themselves in, as does the strut itself.

Fitted PMS to mine and they are spot on , also had car set up at tuned uk in Wrexham , money well spent for a bespoke set up , Richard really knows his stuff regarding 4 wheel alignment and dialing in the geo to your own requirements ,

Have used Silver Project plates, and adjustable rear rods on my JCW for more than 60K KM's, with zero issues. Extremely good value in my opinion.
