Rear brake pipes (along the rear beam)

Hi All,

I'd noticed a small leak of something coming from the rear drivers side, which turns out to be brake fluid! Traced it back to the line that runs along the rear beam, where the pipe clips in its worn away all the plastic coating and eaten the pipe away :disrelieved:

Looks to be part number 8200658037, but are there any other OE options? Looks to be about £50 from Renault, I don't seem to think HEL etc. Includes the fixed lines, just the flexi's under the car??

Order a 6 line kit from supreme motorsport.

When you buy from Renault they just send you a coil of copper line to make them your self.

That's unbelievable, even for Renault!! :chris2:

p.s. Are the "2 x rear beam lines to caliper" just long flexi's or have you tried to mimic the solid pipe?

They are longer flexi pipes they are all made using hel hose and fittings etc.

The join onto the small flexi pipes and then go direct to the caliper

Quick update, I tried to order a new one from my local Renault stealers but they told me it was back order and couldn't even give me an "estimated" delivery date due to CoVID etc. :grimacing:

RPD to the rescue, luckily they had one in stock so the biggest cardboard box ever turned up today... Probably worth the fiver delivery :tearsofjoy:
