Squeal on cold start. (Vids inside) help.

Hi folks, any idea what this would be? Only happens when its cold, happens whether its in gear or not, happens whether the clutch is depressed or not. Initially thought it might have been the aux belt tensioner or Aircon pulley, but with the aux belt removed the noise is still there.
The noise goes away when its warmed up, driving fine otherwise. Any ideas?

Video below with the aux belt on and one with it off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think someone else on here a few days ago had a noise it was the PCV valve the mushroom thing next to the throttle body I guess in the colder weather if there is sludge or oil in it and is thicker in the colder temps or a split seal I think there was a video it was like a whistle or induction higher pitched noise.

Hi, did you ever solved this problem? I’m having the same sounds..

greetings,

Nino

I am also keen to find out what the resolution to this is (if you managed to resolve it...)?

In your video, I noticed the sound when your car is idle (before you rev it), I get the same sound as that... It's not a high pitched whistle but more of the whining noise, it changes pitch when you rev but again, it's a whine noise, not a whistle. In your videos, it seems like you have the whistle and whining noise.

Mine only ever gets this when it's starting from cold and it usually disappears after about 20 seconds so I have not really been bothered by it, but it would be nice to know what it could be so I am aware if/when it gets worse.

Thanks in advance!
