There has been a blown Flexi since I bought the car and I had the milltek CAT back exhaust so I decided to go for a standard 200 exhaust to match the diffuser.

While I was under the car I had a look at the Flexi on the Toyosport manifold and seen it was little worse for wear.

I was also able to get the guys at teh garage to take all my old bushes out and send my arms away for vapour blasting,

So I was around the forums and noticed that @Ianboom was selling micro switches.

I have 4 pairs of handles (One on the car) so I decided rather than them sitting I would start changing the switches. I have done one pair but want to get the handles painted.

So I have had the car since 2017 and It was now time to fix the blown Flexi that its had since the day I bought it.

It was a 2.5" x 4" Flexi that was needed and I was little worried as I had heard stories about cheap poor flexis.

Anyway out first hurdle was that the actual bore of the toyo sport manifold is NOT 2.5" so we had to use some pipe.

I also changed my rubbers and fitted a new exhaust clamp.

As you can see in these pictured we also took out the decent part of the subframe that looks alot better than someone who has hit is with oxycycline and had made pure mess about it.

I have got the hangers for the rear back box but they are all so badly corroded there was no way in hell I was doing that has a 2 hour job. Im prob at some point going to remove the full exhaust system and cut everything off and weld things on correctly as all the bolts and captive nuts are prob the worse I have ever seen on a car.
