If Porsche made a hot hatch

Sits well on the bilsteins. I’d not lift them personally unless they’re rubbing

Doesn’t seem to rub ... but not driven it down some bumpy B roads yet . Can’t tell if one side at the front is slightly lower than the other .... looks like the drivers wheel sits closer to the front bumper ...which is a bit weird !

Lots of people have reported the same thing actually after lowering their cars before. I think I saw someone say there's was due to a top mount? But yours are new so it can't be that.

Doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with it ... drives fine and doesn’t pull one way or the other . I’ll take some measurements today , as I have a feeling that the side that is closer is 5mm or so lower

Went out for a small blast today ....very happy to report that the car will still go down the same very bumpy B roads that I like to spank down at the same speed as standard .

The cars feels a bit firmer but less jittery than standard cup chassis and you can actually ‘feel’ the larger diameter front shocks working so much better than the standard units .

On smooth roads it’s very much improved .. in every way to be honest . Smooth , so well damped and even more chuckable . The limiting factor are the tyres now for sure .

On the motorway it’s so much better than the standard suspension. This is actually where I’m most impressed with them so far !!

Now to plan the next mods ....

Either and induction kit to add some needed drama to the drive or a reupholstered steering wheel ?

I’ll more than likely get the rear windows tinted as well . Think that would look good

Nice update, glad you're pleased with the coilovers. I would thoroughly recommend a steering wheel trim, really chuffed with mine! Improves the whole experience....

Yes had a few done by royal steering wheels now ... as you say , does make a nice difference. Trouble is mines in very good condition, so feel it’s not a top priority..... where as the lack of noise is !

Don’t really want to go down the exhaust route , due to flat spots ..then I’ll need a remap etc , just gets very expensive very quickly! Hence looking at a Ktec induction kit for a bit more drama .

Funnily enough, when Jack at Royal Steering wheels took my old one off, he said it was the best one he had seen. But mine had the red band at 12 o'clock which didn't match any of the yellow stitching inside so bugged me, plus as it's jot real leather it feels horrible. But did seem a shame to get rid of a perfectly good steering wheel.
Ref the exhaust, i've just fitted a Akrapovic exhaust and haven't got the the dreaded flat spot, probably my favourite mod to date!!
I keep trying to convince my brother to get a 200 so we can go out for hoons! Bet you have a great time?!

Yes ... nothing like real leather and a proper 12 o’clock band .. mines in yellow already but still a pretty cheap attempt.. typical french !!

Been offered a car from a friend ... so the time with the Clio might be ( very !) short lived !!

Really?! Blimey, after you've sunk all that money into it....
