If Porsche made a hot hatch

I’ve not used them particular pads but I’d guess yes. You can hear DS1.11’s at low speed so I’d guess 3000’s would be similar.

Yes would make sense wouldn’t it . Also the amount of brake dust off them is crazy ! I may well put some ds2500 in and swop to the 3000 come track day

Pfc z rated are supposedly a good shout for road use. Better bite and less dust apparently! Kevin at Kam racing seems to think they're the best fast road pad available

Yes possible look at them also .... although I can get a set of Brembo oem pads for around £25 ... so maybe use them for road and ds3000 for track ( when I eventually get one booked !!)

There is that option! The brembo pads will be ideal for road use, only thing is if you stomp on the pedal a few times they do tend to not work so good.

Keep in mind that changing pads, even if both sets were bed in the same discs, will require some re-bedding time. Not to mention that pedal feel will also change.

The usual wear of the pads and discs makes the surfaces change over time and no 2 sets will have perfect contact right away after change. If you come to do that, change them one or two weeks prior to the track date to get it all working as it should and to get used to the change in the pedal feeling.

Happy Anniversary!

I see where you’re coming from with the badge matching the exhaust tips, but think the badge should be black to match the diamonds.

But as long as you’re happy with it :tearsofjoy:

Your painting skills are on point though!!!

Well I wasn’t happy with it ... a bit busy and not a clean look .

So .... just waiting for this to dry , hahaha

Then I’ll ditch the ‘ Renault Sport’ section and just go with the gloss black ‘RS’

Once dry I’ll touch in with the nimbus paint I’ve got in between the ‘dots’ , so they stand out .... maybe haha

What’s your thoughts on the Renaultsport side skirts? Think they’d look really good on yours, and look much better in person than they do in the pics....

Not made my mind up with them if I’m honest . Can’t say I’m massively drawn to them in pics but as you say probably look very different in the flesh .... would also need a front splitter imo to pull them off . You ?

Not keen on them in pics, but have seen 2 cars now in the flesh and think they look really smart.
But I haven’t got the cup spoiler like you, do not sure I could pull it off. Plus I agree it needs a front splitter to ‘complete’ it.
So basically what I’m trying to say is, I’m on the fence, ha.
Think they would look good on yours though!

I think suspensions next ( actually not strictly true , as it’s booked in with the wrapping company for gloss black b pillars /handles /bump strips next Thursday ) ... along with fitting the new drop / rotation links , tracks rods , dog bone . Swopped the amber front / rear indicators out the other day for silver type ones . Looks loads better .

But yes I’ll take a look at the skirts / front lip ( weezer?) when I can justify the money !

Never been a fan of side skirts...

However when you see them fitted along with the spoiler in real time they do look excellent.

I am now a fan of side skirts!
