The '80/20 Toolkit' (for trackdays and road trips)

Planning on doing a month long road trip next month that includes 7-10 days in Nürburgring, 10-14 days in around Alps plus some bits here and there.

I don't feel like leaving for the trip without any tools but also don't want to bring with me 'all' my tools so I come up with the idea of having '80/20 Toolkit' that I could bring with me and also use for trackdays.

The idea is that I should be able to accomplish with 20% of tools 80% of jobs on the car (or the common ones anyway) more about the 80/20 rule/principle here for anyone interested.

Any feedback/suggestions would be really appreciated - remember the idea is to keep the list short enough.

So far I have the following in my list:

Breaker bar
Torque wrench
Impact wrench
Stanley knife
Assorted cable ties
Duct tape
Assorted screwdrivers

I wonder would this make more sense in Clio General Chat than here? If so could an admin move the post pretty please?

instead of 1/4 3/8 1/2 ratchets what about 3/8 1/2 with 1/4 adaptors instead or 1/4 & 1/2 with 3/8 adaptor?

I've in past used adaptors out of laziness and managed to cross thread and snap some bolts so now I'm all about picking the right tool for the job but I guess this is sort of an emergency toolkit so 3/8" with adaptors could do.
Would also have 1/2" breaker bar so possibly 3/8" might be sufficient, only issue could be thickness of the stack in some cases I imagine.

its nice to have but having 3 of every thing isnt if trying to fit in the boot i would ditch the 1/4 & just use an adaptor off the 3/8

Yeah, not many uses for the 1/4 either. Got a Sparco mechanic tool bag and intend for all of the tools to fit inside (except for the large stuff like breaker bar)
