Clio Turbo Blown Turbo Replacement

Hi All,

My turbo failed yesterday at Oulton (apologies for the clouds of blue smoke for those who attended).

I have a spare engine and turbo to go in, question is, Has anyone just changed the turbo on these? what's access like?
I might just change the lot but prefer to just swap the turbo if I can physically get it out of the bay.

Just done a compression test and looks like its engine rather than turbo.
85, 125, 60, 125

Coolant is a bit oily too.
