Hi all

Need some help car has a really bad hesitation when up to temp. To the point it struggles to pull away. Height up the Rev range it’s better.when you rev it it’s fine .
Iv check plugs ( not that old)
No Fault codes when read.
Had to change lamber sensor and cam sensor two weeks ago.
It’s had a new crank sensor Two months ago.
Any help would be appreciated
Cheers James

Was it a genuine crank sensor as I have known aftermarket sensors misbehave just like you have described...

Yes was from Ren parts. Think I might found it . Replaced map sensor to day and is loads better but still think there is a hesitation at 2000 rev .

Still no joy , just really bad when hot. Could this be lamber sensor?
When they change this at mot I had problems from then and they said it was cam sensor .
Has any one had problems with after market lamber sensor??

A massive thanks to Chris at beanieSport helping to figure out the problem with the Clio. What a nice and very knowledgeable and professional person . Would highly recommended BeanieSport Milton Keynes

What was it? Dodgy lambda? Crank sensor? Cam sensor? Timing drifted? Do tell?

After replacing map sensor all 4 coil packs and still not getting anywhere . Chris has a twingo with 197 engine in it with similar problem and that was first lamber sensor so replace it and I found this
