Decided it was time to do my yearly strip down of the brakes and do a nut and bolt check to make sure nothing was loose.
After quickly identifying that I had got my money out of my brakes, it was time for a new set. As always had a good look about to see what options were available, I opted for the Reyland 330mm kit and a set of ferodoo DS2500 pads.




Seeing as the weather was decent and my brakes needed bedding in, I took advantage and killed some flys!

Thought I'd give this a quick update, with a trackday booked at Bedford in August, I managed to bag myself some silverstones with 7 slicks! Having a cage in the car allows slick being permitted.
The new discs and pads are bedded in well, but I shall give Optimus a fluid change before his big day!



Fitment in the calipers are tight as hell [emoji16]

Cheers! Yeah was making sure they fitted as I have a stud conversion on my car and wanted to make sure that the nuts did go on.
Purely just for track abuse....for now anyway!

Slicks were removed due to me killing them in the morning sessions, would appear that Bedford is pretty abrasive.
