Cables clicking after steering wheel change

Just changed over the steering wheel to a re-trimmed one.

After the ball-ache of getting apart, after putting it back together I now get a clicking when turning the wheel. I'm guessing it the cables either twisting on each other or twisting on the back of the airbag, causing the noise.

I have full rotation both ways, anyone else come across this or have any thoughts?

Looks like it is the clock spring cable that is making the noise, I think somehow the cable has come out of alignment and is catching as I turn it.

Hopefully I can remedy this today, bloody cars!!!
