Hi so what was wrong as im sitting with the same issue

Hi guys I have a issue with my vehicle it keeps on going into limp mode and giving a dash error "injection fault error" then i switch off and on again and it drives again but a couple of minutes later same thing has anyone had this problem and if so what was the exact issue?
