Yeah i recently had a new one welded into mine too... So they don't last forever, but at least with the toyosport manifold, it can be done without having to remove the manifold, or drop the sub frame.

Curious if any of you out there have had to replace the flexi yet? Mine has started blowing about a week ago. Is it an easy job? Is it possible to get a welder in; to replace it without having to drop the sub frame?

Yeah Similar problem happened here. Corrosion was pushing (something; ABS ring?) out, renault specialist cut it out, and replaced with with a part of a laguna i think. Off the top of my head, he mentioned graphite, which should be on the (ring?) which is what the ABS sensor uses to take readings...

I sent the garage the exploded diagram, turns out it was the wishbone they were referring too. I dropped the link into the useful part numbers post for future reference, contains exploded diagrams of everything on the clio cup, and all the extras you can get...
