Issue now resolved and fixed. 62mm / 64mm x 95mm sleeve is needed for a standard 200 exhaust system. ID is 60.5mm Changed both them while it was on the ramp.

So I changed Inner Rack ends and outer rack ends. Ended up going OE Genuine and along with wheel alignment and wheels balanced the car drives ok. I would love to change the steering rack for a 200 Cup one but its a lot of work when its driving ok now.
