My Clio 197 failed MOT the other day on the below (headlamp intensity). This happened last year as well but the same garage replaced the bulbs and said it was sorted. Any ideas what could be causing this? Headlamp light intensity severely reduced (4.1.4 (a))

Thanks for the detailed response! Much appreciated. Makes sense now that there are two pumps. Is it possible/easy enough to get to main pump (for front & rear jets) through the wheel arch to save taking off the bumper?

Hi - I have an MOT coming up and my windscreen washer jets have decided to stop working. Does anyone have an idea what the issue could be? If it helps, the washer jets seems to be working ok on the two front cornering lights. Thanks
