I’ve sent them to MS Custom Engineering. He said it would be either a helicoil, a bigger insert or a bigger bleed screw.

It’s out, it’s finger tight that’s the problem, the threads in the caliper are destroyed and it’s just sitting there loose and can’t be tightened

Strangely I have this problem again, not quite as pronounced, but definitely running weak on Cyl 2 & 3. I do wonder whether there is a micro-break somewhere along the harness that serves 2 & 3 and I just got lucky replacing the throttle body.

It's getting a full RBF660 flush this week anyhow. I'll ask him to take apart the rears and give them a clean.
