Hello everyone, I'm pleased to report that I'm back in a Clio RS 220 Trophy & I'm loving it...! I finally plucked up the courage to go Liquid Yellow & it's stunning, everything I hoped..!
Well I did it... I now have a Liquid Yellow RS220 Trophy & I loved every minute of the 300 mile (!) drive home in this amazing car! The Akrapovic exhaust note brought many a smile to my face but I'll never tire of the stunning paintwork... :-)
Hello there! I've been away for a few years but I'm back! I am most excited to be picking up a rather wonderful RS 220 Trophy this weekend in the lustrous Liquid Yellow!
Mini JCW ownership just wasn't for me but it was fun while it lasted...
I picked up a new GT-Line EDC Clio at the weekend & when peeling the protective plastic from the pedals I found the aluminum brake pedal to have a really poor finish - the metal is scratched & 'blotchy' with razor sharp edges! Anyone had the same on an RS?
Well the Mercury metallic GT-Line EDC Clio is safely home in one piece - what a great car!!
Just a quick question - has anyone else thought the brake pedal in the EDC is really poor quality in relation to the accelerator pedal? The finish is poor & the edges are really sharp!
Hi Kevin - good to see you're still here! The legs are no better & I've ordered another automatic car. I have to say I enjoyed the Clio GT with the EDC 'box!
Thanks guys! The GT-Line suited our needs perfectly & I wasn't going to win the 'Liquid Yellow RS200T' battle... I've ordered a Subaru BRZ to replace the 2-year old Audi TT that I replaced my red Clio RS200 with...!
I thought I'd log back into the site to say hello - it is great to see how much the forum has developed! My partner Kim has just purchased a brand new Clio GT-Line which is a 'watered down' RS200T! We collect the car next weekend...
