The current trend for "barefoot" running in ultra thin shoes (I know, go figure) means very good driving shoes. I use the merrell ones - very good and much thinner than they look here.

To answer my own question - k-tec are only 50 odd miles away so I might make that my annual pilgrimage. Am assuming they have a good reputation? I'd just have to be a very good boy and lock my wallet away to prevent it coming back with any extras!

Sorry, this has probably been asked a thousand times but I've had no luck with the search..... I'm sure I've seen on here talk of independent garages specialising in renaultsports but I can't find reference to them now. I ask as I've had a very poor experience with the local renault dealer...

20yr old with a 200 - what must the insurance be on that!?! And I guess it's accidents like this that make it so. In hindsight I'm glad I couldn't afford a powerful car until I was old and boring!
