I thought the white 200 EDC's looked pretty boring until I saw one in the flesh, it was super clean and the white/black/red combo just looked stunning.

So let me get this right.. In sport mode in manual mode.. say i'm in 5th and I floor it... it drops the gears down automatically and still shifts before I hit the limited? Yet if i'm in race mode it doesn't? So does this mean I can only have fully manual in race mode??

Great looking example to get you back into a Clio! Straight in there with the mods too, you don't hang about  Looking forward to hearing both yours and Chris' reviews once the remap has been done!

That's right. Only in race mode do you have full control

    Correct!

You can't hit the limiter in normal or sport, only race, it shifts just before it would hit it.

So I popped into EMP Performance for a silencer & second cat delete. Absolutely over the moon with the work and how it sounds! Gives you nice little crackles on overrun and a bit of a louder fart on upshift (Couldn't think of any other word to describe the sound so fart will have to do)

In first thing tomorrow morning at BeanieSport to have the new Eibach suspension fitted. Will post pics when it's all done

Also gave it a bloody good clean inside & out!

Cracking car mate! I bet it sounds awesome now with the dual clutch snap shifts. I could have got one of these as they are the same price as the old 200 here used often find myself wondering if I made the right choice.

What are the brakes like? Shame they ditched the brembos.

They're the same price?! that's strange...
Definitely not a shame that they've ditched the Brembos as I find these brakes way more responsive. To the point they feel like they're almost over powered for the car!

Looks really nice, as does the nimbus 197 with the megane engine in the background.

I was his first conversion and I think he's done 5 now! The nimbus grey one is Beaniesports own which is going to be a demo car I believe but think he might be getting a liquid yellow f1 now to convert as a demo car.
