Wheel alignment advice please (scan attached)

Doesn't look that bad to me really, what you looking to know?

The fronts are in, the backs are a little out but not really by much. Is the car handling funny or eating through tyres unevenly? If not I wouldn't worry, but that's just my opinion.

Everything looks fine, pretty much dead on except rear toe-in, but I've yet to see a Renault with spot-on toe at the back (torsion beam axle).

If you 're OCD about it you can always install Renaultsport shims between the stub axles and the torsion beam and set the toe in to whichever degree your heart desires (from the Renault technical manuals 15' of a degree per side seems to be the perfect setting, however most people go for 0 rear toe because it makes the rear of the car more 'sporty' (and dangerous too, sadly).
