I went for the Varley 15 and have it sitting on a trickle charger in the car when not in use.

I'm not sure you'd want to move it to the boot on a right hand drive Clio, you actually want a little weight over on that side! Left hand drive is a different matter though...

I'd not move it to the boot, just keep it in OEM setup, just replace battery. I like my boot....

It's still going strong but will go for the standard one. Don't need the weight saving anymore.

Sooo.... reviving an old thread here. But if I wanted to get the Odyssey PC680, what else would you need to make it work? Which terminal adapter set? What about a mounting kit? Can the battery just be mounted directly?

As above guys, thinking of sticking a lighter, more compact battery in the boot and making a custom intake towards the front of the car, drive the car 2-3 times a week. Will these types of batteries work for me??
