to buy? or not to buy? 64mm throttle body

As above, been searching the forum and really cannot make my mind up, the negatives seem to weigh out the positives, heard about how it improves the flatspot, ive had the centre section taken out of my exhaust and would be good to ease the flatspot a little, suppose if one came up cheap enough may be worth looking into then get an auto elec to sort out any issues? Need a bit of advice really
