Thanks mate. Hoping it's the one for me. Will be sure to report back. I know I'd get a better deal selling private, but I really don't think the car would be around much longer. Two minds. Think dealer would accept deposit and give me time to sell my own privately?

Well this came totally out of the blue but I have decided to part ways with my pride and joy. Agreed to a trade in for an S2000 which will happen on Tuesday. What a fantastic car the clio was but I have always had my heart set on an s2000 at some stage and well the right one came up and I had to have a look. Turns out it was the one for me and here we are.

I will be sad to see the clio go, will always hold a special place in my heart, it was a joy to drive but we move on and the S is a completely different animal redlining at 9000 rpm. What a fantastic engine they have. The dealer did however say he wants me to hand the car in exactly how it is, nothing removed as it's what the car deserves which I'm delighted about. As a result he gave me a very good offer to do so, and said he absolutely loved the stance and aggressive look of it and the noise form the decatted, unresonated ktec and ktec induction kit.

I'd like to leave you with a few pics of what could turn out to be the last of the car in my ownership and I pray that whoever buys it will join the forum so I can keep track of how she progresses, because I know had I have kept her I had a few more plans in the pipeline.
