had mine done by the leeds outfit, afaik it's all franchised but they did a pretty good job of them.

I had mine done by them in Birmingham, had the curbing repaired and went from standard silver to satin black. Dropped them off at 7.30am and they were ready the same day. They did a top job but the only problem was the centre caps, as they're plastic they sprayed them black and after around 3 months it started to chip off. Paid about £50 a corner inc stripping old rubber off and fitting new tyres when powder coated.

Just picked mine up from Fareham branch last-night; Their satin black is slightly more glossy, but i figure that's because its new... give it a few miles and bit of dirt and then no one will know ;-)

Paid £150 for both passenger side wheels to be stripped, sanded, coated and re-balanced.

Opinion: Totally worth it!

There seems to be some variance in pricing, perhaps to do with the finish, but £50/wheel @ B'ham Vs £75/wheel @ Fareham is quite a variance, especially if you are having 4 done.

They do provide a 1 stop shop, but IMO there are other options out there, who are capable of a similar quality at a lower price, particularly if you aren't pushed for time.

I phoned the local one today and they wanted £50 a wheel without tyres nt bad as i had a quote of another company for £80 lol

I had mine done last week at the Swindon branch and went for the charcoal finish. I also got the centre caps painted to match and I think they did a top job! I am very pleased...

I was charged £240 + VAT to remove tyres, powder coat the wheels, paint the centre caps, fit new tyres (that I provided!) and finish off with the optional chrome valves! This was far cheaper that new wheels and I think the finished result looks superb...

I have got some pictures but they are poor quality due to the bad light and rain that we are getting at the moment!

Their anthracite is also called charcoal (anthracite/charcoal)! Trust me, that is what I have and it is almost black!! It looks great!!! Sparkly metallic and high gloss too!

I had mine done at wheelspecialist in manchester...i went for the charcoal/anthracite but would say its actually darker than that colour on their website.....top job though..well pleased and the powdercoat such a smooth finish compared to sprayed factory wheel
