Steering wheel retrim, where/how much

Hi guys, the steering wheel on my new 197 has melted the same as every other 197 in the world, so want to get it re trimmed,

I want, half alcantara half leather, with blue stitching & blue band at the top

Where can I get this done & for how much

Also do trimming people send you a trimmed wheel to what you've ordered & then you send your old one back? So that I'm not without a steering wheel?
