Hi all as time moves on etc things change. Not purchased plugs personally for a long while. Could I ask what plugs should I buy for the 197.

Also what engine oil and how much?

I would recommend this oil. Takes just over 5.1 litres with filter change.
Stick with these plugs. They are NGK.
