Certain panels were tough. I could tell where it had paintwork done as i was correcting them panels much quicker. But yes Renault paint is a pain in the arse! When i machined it: Wiped down with Gyeon Prep and then 2 coats of Cancoat 1hour apart followed by Gyeon Cure.

I took this picture yesterday after getting it ready for FCS this weekend coming. Products were Swissvax Car Bath > 1 Coat of AF Tripple > 1 Coat of Collinite 476s followed by a wipe down with Swissvax Nano Express.

So bearing in mind i applied Cancoat just over 3 months ago it's beading hell anyway. I think it's safe to say may paintwork is well protected??
