Rs Tuner

Hi,

Trying to figure out how to use the rs tuner but getting a software error. Please see attached.

Any ideas? I'm a complete novice.

Looks like you trying to upload the wrong version of ecu firmware

It's not updating the software to RS tuner and now asking for the cooling fan relay to be removed

Yep thats what I thought but they have insisted its the correct version. Ive tried following the online manual but its not liking it on both options.

Have you checked you have the correct software ?

Yep tried writing to the ecu as well. Its now say the voltage needs to be above 13v connect a car battery charger. I did and it didnt make a difference.
