Hi guys,

Finally got round to getting the car mapped after winning the Xmas Giveaway!

Pretty happy with the results, 197.8bhp and 163.9lb ft after the map, haven't had much of a chance to drive it yet but from the short stint back it definitely felt more responsive and power delivery feels much smoother. Guys at Engine Dynamics were great in explaining everything, would defiantly recommend!

Thanks again to everyone involved with the giveaway and sorting!

P.s im not sure if I've uploaded pics right! Andy from Engine Dynamics is going to email over all the graphs, pics and video when he gets time so ill post here when he does.

Thanks very much for reporting back! Really glad you're so happy with the results and the experience you had with Engine Dynamics.

Decent results. You'll need to use photobucket or imgur etc to host your pics.

Ah I worked it out! lol

Be interested to see what figures most other people get, this is completely stock, engine wise. lot higher than i was expecting

Good result mate that  spot on!

Good bunch of lads at ED - very positive reviews of there service!

Know @sevenfourate was very happy with them - believe he did say he wanted to go to another mapper though to get a few more bhp added on - 216 iirc :ninja::oops:

Ooooh......naughty !!!!!

GREAT set of results there @k2100

Torque for standard is very good indeed. Really impressive for standard car.

Bet its driving well !!!

Very good results! I'd be interested to try mine on their rollers to see how the readings compare with those I got at RS Tuning.

I think ED's rollers (Comparing across the board to others rollers) are pretty "fair". I've heard some say even on the low side....but certainly fair; ie: In the middle of the results range per-se for mods done.

From what i've read RST rollers are quite "harsh"......again compared to other Renault / Clio specialists you see regularly mentioned.

From that - i'd expect my (And Bens for example) figures to drop slightly if tested at RST and i'd expect yours to rise Johnny99 if tested at ED.

Thing is - they are different people, different rollers and both are "in the ballpark". And if modding further and re-testing at the same rollers; it matters none.

I agree that it doesn't matter as you put a car on 2 different sets of rollers & you'll get different results. It's driveability that matters & my car is lovely in that regard now it's been remapped at RST. I'd just be interested to know how mine compares with others such as yours that I read about on here all the time. Not for any kind of "Willy waving" reasons but to get an idea of what difference the mods that people have made make. (Cat back, cat delete, sports cat, manifold etc.) It'd be interesting to have a rolling road day together with other cars from on here somewhere central (ish). At RST there was myself from Inverness & a lad from Thurso right at the top of Scotland as well as guys from the Midlands so a few had travelled a fair way. My results were upper end of ball park for the kind of mods I have compared to other cars on the day. A few lads got remaps & subsequently were making the same as mine. It'd be another social event too.
