Reviving an old thread! I read on fb you have lost 3.5 stone so this should help build you up again mate. Chips, onion rings, tomatoes essential - you need your 5 day!

Yes i have Johnny. I THINK at one point i was just over 17 stone, but when i actually started eating healthily and weighing myself i was 16'5 lbs.

Yesterday i was 12' 12lbs. Just looking to hover around the 13 stone mark now as i'm pretty happy and healthy there.

Think i'll creep over after tonight mind !
