Racing seat with normal seat belts?

Can anyone recommend a racing seat that can be used both with regular seat belts and harnesses?

I'm basically looking for seats that will save me some weight, give me better support on the track but still be usable on the street with the regular seat belts. Anyone knows of such a seat?
