Welcome back, probably being a bit thick, how do you get a profile Pic?

Give it a couple of days, Jase needs to sort some stuff out and has requested that people dont use them for the next few days. When he gives the go ahead, I will post a guide in the how to section

signatures with a couple of lines of text are ok, but no photo sigs
