I had a noise coming from what I thought was behind the door card but after further digging around found it was the passenger's air bag switch.
As with the passengers side in my glove box guide the panel should just pull away (You will need to pull the rubber door seal away on this occasion):
Once the panel is away from the car you will need to push on the two tabs either side of the switch and it should push through the panel.
I found that the switch wasn't moving around in the panel it was moving around in it's own fixings. I cut some thin strips of card and pushed them into a couple of corners where the two parts of the switch meet and now the noise has gone:
Hopefully will help others stop one of many rattles to come
