New to the 200

So I've got myself a Clio 200.
Only done a short journey in the car so far but it's a massive improvement over all my old 182's and megane 225.
Only downside is the gearbox has to come out.
Usual stuff with 3rd gear.
Other than some polybushes and a stainless manifold, sports cat and full miltek it's standard.
Steering wheel has been refurbed and it seems a nice car.

Any tips on the box removal to make life easier for me?

Welcome to the forum! Sounds like you have a decent spec to start off with! Hopefully you can get the gearbox sorted out... were you aware of the issues with it before you bought the car?

Welcome along. lovely car. Quite surprised you see it as a step up froma Meg 225. Be good to get back to driving a naturally aspirated lump though!

The meg 225 wasn't fun at all.
I had the late cup packed one too but it was boring.
Went back to a 182 after but this came up at a great price so I took it.
I was fully aware of the issue and the seller was absolutely honest about what I was in for.
I've had tons of renaults over the years starting with gt turbos.
I'm a huge fan of poor build quality and epic handling.

Well it's now back to normal and how I want it.
Gearbox rebuilt with a new clutch.
Refurb wheels and new ns2r tyres in the correct size.
Interior put back to oe aswell as headlight bulbs and lots and lots of little snag jobs but overal I'm happy with it.
Off to Santa pod in the morning
