Need advice on new front suspension ball joints :(

Absolutely take the car to a specialist. The job will get done faster, saving you time for labour. Not to mention you'll be able to sleep at night knowing it's been in good hands and not going to go wrong anytime soon again.

If you are near Derby Aaron Autos does lower ball joints for £175 all in a side, might be worth asking about top ones too.

My mate has his Megane 250 going there soon for exactly this.

The lower swivel ball joint I'm ordering today from r sport and I'm
Also ordering the upper ball joint too from r sport , I asked about the wishbone ball joint they said they said you have to replace the whole wishbone and that Renault supply then £200 , but iv found on eBay tho the actual wishbone wall joint itself for £80 .....but is there anyone on here or anyone know somewhere that can actually remove the old wishbone joint and replace with the new part ????

As i've said before If you give us an idea where you are based then we might be able to point you in the right direction of a specialist garage - I really wouldn't be ordering anything at all until I have had someone who knows these cars well look at it. You might be ordering expensive parts you don't even need etc.

I fully trust my local garage and I know the mechanic well and he does all my servicing etc but when it came to getting my ball joints done I took the car to a specialist (who wasn't any more expensive) who had changed the ball joints plenty of times on these cars. He really struggled with mine, bolts seized, struggled to get the ball joint out of the hubs etc so I was so glad i'd took it there.

Yes, just sent one upper and one lower ball today to a customer.

And this one is my friend's, he changed them all on both sides yesterday.
Funny fact - he's from England, works here as a chiropractic.
