My AG 200 Progress thread

Very good mate! Did you go for the Bridgestones in the end?

Yeap, if i dont like them i will get them taken off and sold and get some conti's but everybody raves about them. Like u said, if they are good enough for impreza's and gtr's then they should do just fine for the clio.

Picked the car up an hour ago, with new tyres on. They look amazing, and grip very well in the wet. Totally transforms the car.
Will be able to tell you more about dry grip next summer when its not raining lol, and i will get some pictures up of them this weekend just because they are pornography.

Just in time for winter? They should be fun though, the Clio handles well as it is but with some better rubber (read, less tread!) it manages to kill any under-steer you can sometimes get with the SC3s but be warned the front will go in directions sometimes the back doesn't want to follow

225/45/17 No rubbing as yet, only done about 10 miles max in them but the car sticks to the road now like **** to a blanket.

I hardly use it in winter. i only really use it now to go to gym in and im starting to walk that anyway. I'll just use the van mostly

I'm the same I'm still using my AD08s (see below), I do use it as part of my commute but only 10 miles or so and if the weather gets bad I'm staying at home.

Also 225 and never rubbed that I've noticed so you should be fine.
