well went in early this morning and checked it over - 2 very slight leaks - one near the cat adapter plates and the other on the rear joint
so unclamped and used a bit of exhaust sealer/assembly paste £3.50 all
bolted together and then retested........








........passed the emissions :thumbup:

just shows a very slight exhaust blow can screw the readings up !!!

at a renault stealers it would have had an ecu, lamda sensor and cat :laugh::laugh:

good to hear you got it sorted mate,

i had the exact same problem on my last car, very slight leak around the cat join, my good friend M.O.T man sealed it for me to get me through the test tho, lol :lol: happy days.
