inlet temperature reducing

i'v been thinking about this a lot as my inlet is away getting matched atm, and colder air = more power

other that heat wrapping the exhaust manifold what other measure can you take to reduce the temps in the bay/near the inlet plenum?

could you wrap the inlets in exhaust wrap to shield it from the heat or but some heat shielding between the inlet and the block?

any pic and advise would be great

You can get reflective tape from demon tweaks and even a het reflective paint for the inlet, to be honest is it really worth it?
