HELP! TOYO manifold has caused massive misfiring!

Hi,

Fitted a toyosport manifold today to a car that was already decat and scorpion non-res. Now on cold it's mising badly and losing throttle/limping intermittently... As soon as it's warm then it seems okay. Anyone know what might be up?

Both lambda sensors are back in, only vaccum pipe that was taken off is back on.

Help?

Cheers

Misfire is nothing to do with the exhaust manifold. Check the lambda sensor hasn't been damaged, also recheck the vacuum pipe, any air getting into the intake (through a leak) could cause a misfire.

Wouldn't it still do it once it's warm if it was an air leak Though?

Maybe not misfiring as such... It feels like it's stalling and or just loses throttle..? No problems with the sensors just before fitting?

Yes the eml is due to the cat, although when I fitted mine it was fine. Are you sure it's not just the flat spot being exaggerated more with the new manifold?

100% definitely not! Completely lose throttle once or twice and almost stalls without keeping revs highish.
Couple of misfire type pops too
